When do you restock the site?
Do you do special orders?
I do! For special orders please send an email to email@example.com and I can create a special listing on the site for you. Understand that a turnaround time for special orders may vary from 1-3 weeks.
Do you offer sales or coupons?
Absolutely! I will sometimes have items in the sale menu, and you can also sign up for "bow bucks" by clicking the purple pop up button on the homepage. There are also sometimes rep codes posted in our VIP group on facebook that you can use to save!
What is your current turnaround time?
Current TAT is approximately 5 business days on in stock items. All items in the drop will be assembled and just waiting for hardware to be attached once ordered. I do my best to get your items ready and shipped as quickly as possible, being a Mama, also!
Do you have a return policy?
We will accept cancellations if made within 24 hours of time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product we will accept returns within 7 days, product must be in original packaging and unused condition. If something breaks on your item please contact me and we can figure something out! I would be glad to fix hardware or any other issues.
