When do you restock the site?
New releases and restocks happen every other Saturday at 9 am EST. We also do special releases and monthly mystery bag drops in our facebook group - Bow Lovely Lane VIP.
Do you do special orders?
I do! For special orders please send an email to email@example.com and I can create a special listing on the site for you. Understand that a turnaround time for special orders may vary from 1-3 weeks.
Do you offer sales or coupons?
Absolutely! You can always get free domestic shipping on orders of $30 or more, using code Lovely30 at checkout. I will sometimes have items in the sale menu, and you can also sign up for "bow bucks" by clicking the purple pop up button on the homepage.
What is your current turnaround time?
Current TAT is approximately one week on in stock items. All items in the drop will be assembled and just waiting for hardware to be attached once ordered. I do my best to get your items ready and shipped as quickly as possible, being a Mama, also!
Do you have a return policy?
We will accept cancellations if made within 24 hours of time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product we will accept returns within 7 days, product must be in original packaging and unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If something breaks on your item please contact me and we can figure something out! I would be glad to fix hardware or any other issues, buyer responsible for shipping charges.
